goKODE.dev is the controller for personal data processed via this site and via goPLATFORM and goPLATFORM.cloud when you interact with our corporate presence. Data residency AU by default.
Purposes
We process data to respond to inquiries, provide the SaaS control plane, operate MCP sync (news/status), and improve reliability. Bases: contract, legitimate interest, consent (cookies/analytics where used), and legal obligation.
Retention
Inquiry data retained only to respond; platform data per your agreement; news waitlist data retained solely to notify you of the module you selected (per our goPLATFORM.dev disclosure), deletable on request via [email protected].
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to your authority. Requests to [email protected].
